The chair with the thinnest seat structure, where comfort is uncompromisingly resolved. The thickness of the RIGEL chair's seat structure is only 2 mm, while the total thickness with foam and leather is about 11 mm.
Inspired by the shape of a plant leaf
RIGEL's authentic curved sides, which we call "wings," make it unique. The wings contribute to ergonomic sitting in a reclined (semi-recumbent) position, especially if the legs are extended or raised on an ottoman. The wings serve as body supports, thereby acting as lateral boundaries for the back, hips, and feet when the legs are bent at the knee area.
Select comfort level
The reclining angle and chair dimensions are designed for multi-hour sitting sessions. The central seat section of the RIGEL chair is made from a combination of memory foam and high-resilience foam. The central section can be removed quickly and easily, as it is attached to the chair's frame with special "click-clack" fasteners. This part is produced with greater foam densities, in various patterns and colors, and is ordered separately.
