ORDERING & SHIPPING

We want you to understand that we always strive to deliver your product as quickly as possible and under the best conditions, as we are always grateful that you want our design to occupy a place in your space or to delight someone dear to you. For our mutual collaboration to be a positive experience for both sides, we should know what to expect from each other.

ORDERING

• You can place an order by direct inquiry for the desired product found on each product page.
• Product manufacturing begins 24 hours after the advance payment is made and is produced according to the given specifications; it cannot be canceled or modified after this period.
• Please note that each product has a production time, as we craft it according to your desired material specifications.
• Production times range from 2 to 12 weeks depending on the product, and you can read them individually on the desired product's page under "Technical Specifications – Product Information".
• Please keep in mind that all products are HANDMADE and may have minor size, dimension, joint, and other element variations of 0.2 – 0.6 mm.
• Remember that all products are made from natural materials (wood) and each product will have its unique patterns, texture, and shade. This is what makes them even more valuable.

PAYMENT

• Payment is made via invoice which we send by e-mail (bank transfer).
• When ordering, you are obliged to pay an advance of 50% of the product value based on a previously defined purchase order. After payment, a written confirmation will also be sent to you, and from that day the first day of the delivery period begins. The remaining 50% must be paid into our account the day before the agreed product delivery date.
• You can cancel the purchase order within 24 hours of the day of the advance payment, and we will refund the money. After that period, we are not obliged to refund your money, because the product has already started the manufacturing process.
• We are not obliged to begin product delivery before you have settled the invoice in full.

PRICES

• The price of each product is determined by the WOOD LINE Design Studio price list.
• You pay us only what is listed as the product price. Costs such as delivery, customs clearance, and tax you pay additionally.
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, as they are conditioned by changes in the prices of materials we procure on the market. If a product price changes during the delivery period, it will not affect your current order, as our business ethic is that you pay us exclusively the price that was defined with you before the start of production.
• Please understand that we do not publicly display product prices, as this could disrupt the business of our sales partners, except in situations where we are promoting a specific product.

SHIPMENT
TERRITORY OF SERBIA AND GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS

• The delivery date will be specified on the confirmation of each order.
• We deliver all products within 1 – 5 days after production is completed.
• In case of changes or additions to the order during the agreed period, we reserve the right to extend the deadline.
• We ship smaller products via courier services to a prearranged address, while larger products are personally delivered to your door.
• You pay for courier service deliveries cash on delivery, while for larger products, delivery is included in the product price.
• It is your duty to provide space for unloading the purchased large-sized products.
• It is your duty to inspect products sent via courier services and report any damage incurred during transport to us within 24 hours. After this period, we will not accept returns or product exchanges.
• In certain cases, the delivery time may vary due to high production volume, ranging from 3 to 10 days.
• We do not deliver products on public holidays. Your product will be sent on the next business day following the holiday.
• We pack all products in the manner defined on the individual product page under "technical specifications – product information." If you wish for the products to be packaged differently, you pay the additional costs for the desired packaging. For such an inquiry, please write to us using the form on the desired product's page.

INTERNATIONAL PARCEL

• We deliver all products within the EU territory within 14 – 20 days after the completion of production.
• We ship smaller-sized products via international courier services according to their current price list on the day of shipment. Such products are mainly sent by air transport. The delivery time for products is from 5 to 14 days after completion of production, depending on your location within the EU territory.
• We ship larger-sized products via freight forwarders, who define the method of shipment transport (land / air transport).
• You, as the customer, bear all costs of transport, customs clearance, and carrier services.
• For territories outside the EU, please contact us at [email protected] where we will together arrange the best and fastest method of product delivery.

NOTICE

• For individuals, it is our duty to find a carrier or courier service and arrange shipping logistics related to delivering products to your doors, except in cases where you have your own delivery solution or pre-arranged shipment transport.
• Legal entities (authorized potential distribution or sales partners and potential franchise partners) have the obligation and duty to arrange the entire logistics of transporting goods to the desired location.
