• All products are manufactured exclusively according to your specifications (materials, colors, various product options) so returns after delivery are not possible if they function correctly and have no damage.
• Each of our products comes with a "Product Certificate" containing a unique serial number which serves as proof of the product's authenticity and order specifications.
• Each of our electronic products comes with instructions for its proper operation. Please carefully read this document upon receiving the product to use it correctly and thereby avoid potential malfunctions and damage. This ensures longevity.
• All documents accompanying the product, which we make available to you, constitute the intellectual property of WOOD LINE Design Studio. It is your duty to use them for the intended purpose and you must not use them for any other purposes, nor reproduce or disclose them to third parties, as this violates legal data confidentiality rights.
• If a product is received with damage or malfunctions during the warranty period, it is your responsibility to send us in writing the product's unique serial number, photos of the damage, and a textual explanation of the damage or defect. It is our obligation to confirm in writing that we have registered the claim and proceed to resolve the complaint.
• If a product does not function correctly or ceases to function during the warranty period, we bear all financial costs for repairing that product or, in some special cases, for remanufacturing it.
• If a product does not function correctly or ceases to function during the warranty period, we cannot refund your money, because the product was manufactured according to your specifications for wood, color, and other materials.
• Damages incurred during transport are not our responsibility, but the responsibility of the carrier. We are obliged to offer you the option of insuring the shipment with the carrier against damage or loss before dispatch. Shipment insurance is not a mandatory part of product transport and is charged additionally. You pay the financial costs of the insurance subsequently.
• In cases of product returns, it is your obligation to find a carrier or courier service through which you send the product back to us - for both international and domestic shipments.
• We do not accept product complaints for physical damages caused by your carelessness during handling and use within the prescribed warranty period.

• Uz svaki naš proizvod sa elektronikom dolazi i uputstvo za pravilno funkcionisanje istog. Molimo vas da po prispeću proizvoda pažljivo pročitate taj dokument, kako bi na pravilan način koristili proizvod i time izbegli potencijale kvarove i štete. Time se obezbeđuje dugotrajnost.
• Svi dokumenti koje dolaze uz proizvod i učinimo ih vam dostupnim spadaju pod intelektualno vlasništvo WOOD LINE Design Studio- a. Vaša je dužnost da ih koristite za zadatu namenu i ne smete ih koristiti u bilo koje druge svrhe, niti umnožavati i pokazivati trećim licima, jer time kršite zakonsko pravo o poverljivosti podataka.
• Ako je proizvod primljen sa oštećenjem ili mu se dogodi kvar u toku garantnog roka, vaša je dužnost da nam pošaljete pismenim putem, jedinstven serijski broj proizvoda, fotografije oštećenja i tekstualno objašnjenje o oštećenju ili neispravnosti. Naša je obaveza da vam pismenim putem potvrdimo da smo evidentirali zahtev i pristupimo rešavanju reklamacije.
• Ukoliko proizvod ne funkcioniše ispravno ili prestane sa funkcionisanjem u toku garantnog roka, mi snosimo sve finansijske troškove popravke tog proizvoda ili u nekim posebnim slučajevima ponovne izrade istog.
• Ukoliko proizvod ne funkcioniše ispravno ili prestane sa funkcionisanjem u toku garantnog roka, ne možemo vam vratiti novac, jer je proizvod izrađen po vašim zahtevima drveta, boje i ostalih materijala.
• Oštećenja nastala u transportu ne spadaju pod našu odgovornost, već odgovornost prevoznika. Dužni smo da vam pre slanja isporuke predložimo mogućnost za osiguranje pošiljke kod prevoznika od oštećenja ili nestanka prilikom slanja. Osiguranje pošiljke ne spada pod obaveznu stavku prevoza proizvoda, već se dodatno naplaćuje. Finansijske troškove osiguranja vi naknadno plaćate.
• U slučajevima vraćanja proizvoda, vaša je obaveza da pronađete prevoznika ili kurirsku službu preko kojih nam šaljete proizvod nazad - za međunarodne i interne pošiljke.
• Ne prihvatamo reklamacije proizvoda koje imaju fizička oštećenja nastala vašom nepažnjom prilikom rukovanja i upotrebe u toku propisanog garantnog roka.

It is important to inform you that we service all our products even after the warranty period has expired.
Service support covers the repair of products with electronics, as well as wood repairs. We can only perform wood repairs if the product does not have significant physical damage.
