We do not offer bespoke design and manufacturing services. All products in our range have clearly defined technical specifications. Each of our products is precisely engineered and structurally verified. Therefore, if you request a specific modification, we cannot guarantee the quality or the long-term durability of the construction, and we do not accept responsibility for such changes. On the other hand, for certain products, we do accommodate requests for changes in dimensions and various other elements. It is not intended for you to replace them yourself, as this will surely damage the product. The LED diodes we install in our products have a lifespan of between 50,000 and 60,000 operating hours, which is calculated to be more than 7 years of continuous operation. However, in the event of an unexpected LED diode failure, we perform the service. We produce the LED diodes and electronics for our products, and we do not advise installing anything else from the free market, as this could lead to improper operation that may directly affect the safe functioning of the product.
We use only the highest quality materials that comply with market standards and certifications. For wood, we use oak, walnut, and ash, which are carefully kiln-dried to a precise 9% moisture content. We also use high-quality natural leather and upholstery fabrics that are not treated with chemicals for liquid repellency. For metals, we utilize stainless steel, aluminum, and steel, which are then powder-coated. All other materials incorporated into our products are eco-friendly and derived from recycling. These primarily include various plastic components, as well as those serving as diffusers for our lighting elements.
We deliver all our products worldwide and strive to have them delivered to your doorstep as quickly as possible. The method of transport is arranged individually with you, as it depends on your location. We accept complaints only if the product is not physically damaged and if it has been used according to the instructions. However, if for any reason the product malfunctions or a fault occurs, we bear full responsibility within the prescribed warranty period. In such a case, your obligation is to contact the seller from whom the product was purchased, or to contact us directly. When submitting a claim, it is important to provide the “unique product serial number” which is found in the documentation accompanying the product. We do not produce items in other colors or wood types at your request. This is primarily because we stand behind our original designs and the specific color palette we offer. This approach distinguishes us from manufacturers who provide custom, made-to-measure furniture services. Furthermore, we do not fulfill requests for other colors because we cannot confidently guarantee that the desired color or shade can be achieved consistently in our production process. The only exception we make is for interior designers when large-scale furnishing projects are involved, and these arrangements are negotiated individually with them. No assembly is required for most products, as 95% of the furniture we offer comes as finished items that do not need to be assembled. Only four products (Terca, Comodo, Apollo, Blazar) are of the assembly type. These products do not require any specific prior knowledge or user skills, and they come with very clear and simple assembly instructions. All assembly can be performed with basic manual tools.
For all power supplies and electronics, we provide a warranty of 2 to 3 years. For LED diodes, the warranty is up to 3 years, while for the LED diodes in certain products, we offer a warranty of up to 6 years. For products without electronics, we cannot provide a long-term warranty, as we do not know the conditions under which you will keep them. The durability of wood and joints is most significantly affected by temperature, air humidity, and exposure to sunlight. On the other hand, if a product arrives damaged or has a structural problem, it is our obligation and responsibility to resolve that issue. Yes, because fundamentally, a large percentage of the materials comprising any of our products are of natural origin, and natural materials are inherently ecological. The decomposition of natural materials is not a prolonged process, nor is it harmful to the environment. Other materials we use are derived from recycled raw materials and are sourced from reputable manufacturers. Our style of expression is essentially minimalism, and as such, it requires minimal material consumption in the production process, resulting in a minimal percentage of waste. We do not offer large products such as, for example, sofas, seating sets, or large dining tables, because these types of products demand significant material expenditure in their construction. Furthermore, after a product’s lifespan, various materials can be easily separated for recycling or repair. All these factors collectively earn us the distinction of a sustainable concept and design.
