Design approach
In our process of designing the PATTERN lamp, we wanted to create a more functional solution for a table lamp, where the movement of the wooden frame regulates the amount of light. This interactive solution gives you the ability to direct the light in a simple way and choose for yourself the amount of light you need.
Positions determine the intensity of light
The PATTERN lamp has two lighting positions within its wooden frame. By rotating the frame sideways, the LED lighting can be activated either in the upper zone or on all four sides of the wooden frame.
Graphic symbols
The wooden lamp arm also functions as a switch, causing the lamp to emit light only when in direct contact with it. Visual indicators for turning on the light are graphic symbols engraved on the base and lamp arm. By aligning the symbols, you always know in which position the arm should be to emit light.
Magic because everything is hidden
One "magical", but above all simple solution, because any button or metal connector would disrupt the overall aesthetics and appearance of the lamp.
pattern ey - special edition
PATTERN EYO edition differs from the PATTERN lamp in the dimensions of the base and one additional feature - the base also functions as a pencil holder. This edition has found great application on office desks, and our inspiration came from one of our partners for whom we specifically developed PATTERN EYO.
