PIXEL consists of two elements:
In the larger, main unit placed on a tripod, you will find: a camera, LED lighting, ambient floor lighting, an integrated computer with a display, and a flash.
On the front side, there is a LED light that emits diffused illumination to ensure the highest possible photo quality. There are two separate lighting modules that can be adjusted using a touch-sensitive switch.
At the bottom of PIXEL, there is decorative LED lighting that emits a blue glow. When PIXEL is used in clubs or darker environments, the blue light highlights its position by illuminating the area on the floor where it is placed. All settings are controlled through a 15" touchscreen and a dedicated mobile app that makes the process easier when several people are taking photos together.
The smaller unit contains a laser printer for printing photos. This part can be opened in just a few seconds whenever the printer needs to be refilled with photo paper.
DRESS UP PIXEL — BECAUSE IT MATTERS THAT IT FITS (INTERACTIVE AESTHETICS)
One of the greatest design innovations of PIXEL is that its appearance can be changed very quickly and easily.
How?
Its side panels contain magnets that allow different interchangeable covers, such as:
• Old Gold (powder-coated stainless steel sheet with an old gold effect)
• Copper with Rust Effect (powder-coated stainless steel with a retro rust appearance)
• Chrome (chromed sheet metal)
• Leather cover with diamond stitching (leather color of your choice)
• Chalkboard surface (a schoolboard-like surface you can draw or write on with chalk)
• Corkboard for notes (a surface for pinning messages and small papers)
• Smoked Mirror (tinted mirror cover)
With these covers, PIXEL instantly gains a new look and a different visual identity an important feature when you want it to blend in or, on the contrary, stand out at an event or celebration.
A DETAIL LIKE THE CHERRY ON TOP
PIXEL comes with a specially crafted wooden WOOD LINE screwdriver used for assembly, and a level tool (bubble level) that helps determine whether PIXEL is standing perfectly straight or if its legs need adjusting. This tool is stored in a dedicated holder inside PIXEL, so you never have to worry about losing it or forgetting to bring it to an event.
SAY CHEESE
PIXEL can be delivered with or without a camera and printer, depending on whether you already own these devices. If you already have a printer, the smaller unit can be custom-made to match the dimensions of your printer, according to previously agreed measurements and model specifications.
PIXEL was developed in collaboration with "PS DESIGN". It has been tested for 3 years at more than 500 events and has brought a smile to every person’s face.
